Our recipe for today is the kind that takes place in our hearts, it has a soft and even fluid heart under its hard look :)

Fondant Cakes are also called flourless cakes because they are rarely used, a great recipe to end a special dinner or to blow the minds of your guests. You can use metal or porcelain single-piece ovenware to prepare this recipe.

In order for the cakes to come out of the pan easily, do not forget to grease your containers first and then sprinkle them with flour or cocoa.
