Flourless Red Lentil Cake – Lentil Bread

Moreover, it is very enjoyable to season! You can add whatever you want, from fresh herbs to dried tomatoes, from olives to vegetables💕

Materials:
- 2 cups red lentils (soaked overnight)
- 3 medium egg
- Half a glass of olive oil
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of white cheese
- Cumin, dried mint
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Salt
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 pinch of parsley
For the top:
- Sesame
- Black seed
Fabrication:
- Add enough water to cover the top of the red lentils by 2-3 inches and let it rest for 1 night to swell. Strain after 1 day and leave to drain for half an hour.
- Take the egg, yogurt and olive oil into the glass bowl of the blender. Add the cheese and spices and run the blender for 30 seconds.
- Add the drained lentils, baking powder and baking soda and let it run for 1 minute.
- If you're going to add it last, add the dill and parsley.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve the cake, which cools for half an hour and pulls itself.
