Ingredients for Ice Cream Flat Kadayif Recipe
- 2 balls of Carte d'Or Classic Pistachio Ice Cream
- 4 flat kadayifs
- 2 glasses of milk (280 ml)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 2 and a half cups of granulated sugar (400 g)
- 4 tablespoons of oil (40 ml)
- A coffee cup of walnuts or hazelnuts (50 g)
- Lemon juice
Fabrication:
- Cut the edges of 4 flat kadayifs with scissors.
- Put 2 glasses of milk in a large bowl, soak the flat kadaifs in milk.
- Beat the eggs and squeeze the kadaifs you have removed from the milk and dip both sides into the egg.
- Put granulated sugar and a glass of water in a saucepan and boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
- Cook on low heat until it reaches the consistency of syrup.
- Add 2 drops of lemon juice and let it cool.
- Put oil in the pan and fry the egg kadayifs on both sides in hot oil.
- Throw your kadayifs into the cooled syrup.
- Pull the walnuts or hazelnuts in the robot and serve with pistachio ice cream.
- Optionally, you can add caramel sauce.
