There are some tricks to consider while preparing this recipe. First of all, check with a knife whether your cake is cooked or not. Butter cakes are denser than those made with oil, so be careful while cooking. I used a Tefal Delibake 30 cm rectangular cake tin.

Another important point is to pay attention to the high temperature when making caramel, protect yourself against possible splashes when adding the cream, as sugar caramelizes at a very high temperature of 190-200 degrees. Use a non-stick pan that dissipates heat well. I used the Tefal Ekspress 28 cm pan.

Finally, when you put the cream on the cake, it is very important that the cake is completely cooled. The same goes for the caramel sauce.

Ingredients for Pistachio Caramel Snickers Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup melted and cooled butter 
  • half a glass of milk
  • 2,5 and a half cups of flour
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 package baking powder

For the cream:

  • 1 pack of powdered whipped cream
  • 1 pack of milk cream

For the caramel:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 1 box of milk cream (200 ml)
  • peanut kernel 

How to Make Pistachio Caramel Snickers Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat the eggs and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves and the egg turns white.
  2. Add milk and butter and mix.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix until there are no lumps.
  4. Lightly grease the cake tin you will use with butter. Pour the cake mix you prepared into the mold.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 150 and bake for another 15 minutes, until the inside comes out dry.
  6. While the cake is baking, melt the sugar in the pan for the caramel, carefully add the butter and mix with a spatula. Once mixed, add the cream and mix carefully to prepare the caramel. Turn off the stove, add the peanuts and set aside to cool.
  7. When the baked cake is warm, remove the mold by inverting it. Cut the swollen part with a knife and take it to the serving plate.
  8. Whisk the whipped cream and whipped cream. Spread on the top of the completely cooled cake. Drizzle the cooled caramel on top and serve.
