Despite the icy weather, I have a delicious cookie recipe that will make warm winds blow in your kitchen. You can use some of the peanut butter you bought for breakfast in this cookie. You can get peanut butter just for this cookie after you make it :)
You can achieve a perfect taste with few ingredients and very little effort. So much so that those who taste it may even think that you have it ready :)
If you like crunchy cookies with hot milk or coffee with milk, this recipe is for you :)

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter (140 g)
- 1 medium eggs
- 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of butter (80 g)
- 1,5 water glass flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
How To Make Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe?
- Take peanut butter, eggs, granulated sugar, room temperature butter into a deep bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder and baking soda on top and knead.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Prepare walnut-sized balls from the dough you cut and place them on the baking tray with 4-5 cm intervals.
- Press down on the balls with the help of a fork.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve the cookies from the oven when they come to room temperature.
