Baked Tomato Soup
Hello Dear Friends,
I was one of the jury members in the Star of the Kitchen competition organized by Pakmaya this week. At the end of 2 very busy days, we tasted such good recipes that we had an incredibly difficult time choosing the top three from among the 10 great finalists. I was proud to be selected as a jury by a brand that I have known and trusted since my childhood and to be in this position at Pakmaya Application Center.
Afterwards, we hit the road for our new home without having a chance to rest. We went to the metrobus, unaware that there was a marathon today. When we learned that the metrobus would not run for a long time, it was too late to go back. In this way, my wife and I had the opportunity to cross the Bosphorus Bridge on foot for the first time. It was pretty good, but I can't deny that we were tired.
By the way, my internship period, which will last for 3 months, starts tomorrow morning. After the professional pastry and bakery education, I have to complete the compulsory internship in order to receive the certificate given by the national education. Projects, the rush for a new house, and if I don't update my blog, which I'm unhappy about, I think that if I don't go crazy with the intervening internship, no more intensity will affect me :)
Tired of reading? Don't get tired! Nothing comes easy :) We can always go further by pushing ourselves.

I love you. Lots of love…

At what stage do we add the garlic to the soup?
You can add it with tomatoes.
hello, your attributions are so descriptive that thanks to you, I decorated my table yesterday (lentil meatballs, cocoa cake, red bean stew with olive oil, and my own recipe is cup pastry) I will try all your recipes because I love cooking and presenting them, thank you very much, I found them by chance, but I never lose :)
my soup was very good, thank you (((:
right now my tomatoes are in the oven, I'm trying with excitement, I will share the result :))
Hello, I would like to consult you, I am going to the pastry course and as far as I understand, the quality of the cream in the cake depends on the couvertur chocolate and cocoa used. Is there a brand you can recommend for this? Thank you
Hello, Ms. Sevil, it would be much better to consult the course you attended, but quality products always bring quality results. Currently, there is no particular brand that I prefer.
Does the fact that the tomatoes are baked make a difference in taste compared to the normal tomato soup?
Yeah.
