Baked Egg and Cheddar Mushrooms

Baked Mushrooms with Cheese A practical, practical, delicious recipe that we all love :) stuffed egg same way :) Well, mushroom omelet? It's one of my favorites for breakfast, too.
This morning I decided to take advantage of the space and pamper myself for the whole week, which will be a bit busy, and finally I came out with Baked Egg and Cheddar Mushrooms :) You can also call it stuffed egg mushrooms.
This recipe has been one of the most enjoyable breakfast dishes I have thought and practiced for a long time. The good thing is, it's also delicious when eaten cold. Thus, you can serve a practical snack either hot or cold.

Note: 5 boiled egg is enough for 1 medium size mushrooms. You can increase the amount of eggs and mushrooms according to the number of people.
Ingredients for Baked Egg and Cheddar Mushroom Recipe
- 5 cultivated mushrooms
- 1 boiled eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
- fresh cheddar cheese
Fabrication:
- Hard-boil the egg, peel and slice.
- Wipe the mushrooms well and remove the stems.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the knee in a baking dish or borage. Drizzle some olive oil on them. Open the grill of the oven and bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Arrange the egg slices on the mushrooms you have baked and sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake on the grill of the oven until the cheddar cheese is browned.
- Serve hot or warm.
