Baked Fresh Potatoes with Butter
Hello dear friends,
Today, the market is very beautiful, everything was fresh. At one of the counters, I caught my eye on fresh potatoes and said I'd make something from them in the evening. Actually, tonight's menu was clear, the main course was pasta with Pesto Sauce, which I watched in a Nigel Slater show (that's a topic for another day) :)
Anyway, when I got stuck in the potatoes, I started the preparations without looking at the carbohydrate explosion. When I say preparation, it's not that much. What you need to do is to brush the potatoes while washing them to get rid of the mud and sand. And cracking fresh walnuts…
Fresh walnuts, potatoes and basil have a magical flavor. It is quite light in that it is baked in the oven and the amount of butter is small.
I recommend you to try the fresh walnuts before the time passes.
Love…
