  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cups of rice for rice

  • 2 teaspoons of allspice
  • 1 tablespoons of currants
  • 1 tablespoon of peanuts
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 pinch of chopped dill

 

Making of Internal Rice:

  1. Put the butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onions.
  2. When the onions start to turn pink, add the pine nuts and currants.
