Our first night in Altınoluk, we took plenty of breaks on our journey adventure that started at 07:00 in the morning and enjoyed the resting facilities and local shops :)

Altınoluk really is like a piece of heaven, luckily the village market has been set up today. Of course, does Nilay, who hears about the village market, stop? There's no way :) We went to the market with the dust of our feet right away. We took lots of photos and shopped.

Before I came here, I sat down to write my recipe because some of my readers told me not to forget about us and leave it indescribable :) I will continue to share my days here with you as much as I can.

Ingredients for the Baked Vegetable Mashed Potatoes Recipe

2 medium boiled potato
1 jar of mixed garnishes
2 spoonful butter
10-12 large basil leaves
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Baked Vegetable Mashed Potatoes Recipe?

1- Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the basil that you washed and drained.
2- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the potatoes and mash them.
3- Add the garnishes and half of the basil, which you have filtered and rinsed, to the thoroughly mashed potatoes and mix well.
4- Spread the puree in a medium-sized baking dish. Spread the grated cheddar cheese on it and sprinkle the basil that you cut in half.
5- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheddar cheese melts. Then open the grill of the oven and cook until the cheddar cheese is like in the photo. Serve hot.
