Baked Veggie Mucver

I try to add vegetables that we have not eaten much before, but whose benefits we know, to our daily meals by cooking them in different ways. Cauliflower has been a vegetable that has not been in our house for years, but as I become more aware of these issues and learn about its benefits, I cook it in two different ways because we don't like its food, this is one of them. Since we do not prefer fried food, I cook the muffins in the oven instead of the pan. But if you want, you can fry it in a pan with a little oil.
Ingredients for Baked Vegetable Mucver Recipe
- 1/2 medium cauliflower
- 2 leek
- 2 carrots
- 2 fresh onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 flour in spoon
- 1 cup grated fresh cheddar (I also used some white cheese)
- parsley
- salt, pepper, chili pepper
- 2 spoons of olive oil
How to Make Baked Vegetable Mucver Recipe?
- I steamed the cauliflower and leeks a little and chopped them finely, grated the carrots, finely chopped the spring onions and parsley.
- I took it in a bowl and added 2 eggs, 2 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of olive oil, some crumbled feta cheese and some cheddar, salt and spices and mixed it.
- I put it in a medium-sized Teflon baking dish and put it in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees.
- After a little cooking, I added the remaining cheddar and cooked it until golden brown.
