Roasted Vegetable Steak and Beans
I made this dish recently, it was very easy for me after work, I added french fries and boiled broccoli to it. It was quite a colorful recipe :)
Materials:
2 steaks (almost 250 gr.)
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 large tomato
1 carrot
1 long green peppers
1 medium potato
50gr butter
thyme
black pepper
salt
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tea glass of water
Aluminium foil
Preparation of:
Lightly fry the steaks in oil. Add the chopped onions and finely chopped garlic into the steaks and sauté until the onions turn pink.
Finely chop the potatoes and tomatoes and other vegetables. Take the steaks that we sauteed with onions and garlic separately on aluminum foil and add the vegetables you have prepared.
Then, distribute the tomato paste dissolved in water on the foils and pack it. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are lightly browned. cook it.
Open the foils and place them on the serving plate. And add canned beans with it. You can use fresh thyme to garnish.
