Ingredients for Baked Mashed Meatballs Recipe
- 350 grams of ground beef
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- Salt
- black pepper
- cumin
For the puree:
- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 1,5 tea glasses of milk (may increase or decrease according to the consistency)
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt
- half a teaspoon of nutmeg
For the tomato sauce:
- 1 cups of tomato puree
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 cloves of garlic
For service:
- 1 cup grated fresh cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch of parsley
How to Make Meatballs with Puree in the Oven Recipe?
- Boil and peel the potatoes and mash them, add the milk, oil, mousse and butter and continue mashing until there is no roughness.
- Spread the puree you prepared in the baking dish.
- Knead all the ingredients for the meatballs and make balls. Fry the balls you prepared in a little oil and put them on the purees.
- Saute the garlic and tomatoes in the oil in the pan. Pour the cooked sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake the cheddar cheese in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Serve with parsley leaves, if desired.
