  • stale bread slices (village bread tastes better)
  • 300 gr curd or white cheese
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • mint, thyme red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of margarine
  • Dill or parsley


How to Make Baked Cheese Bread Recipe?

  1. Spread margarine on the sliced ​​bread with an oil knife.
  2. Take the cheese in a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add eggs, dill and spices to the cheese, mix well. (don't forget to add salt if the cheese is unsalted)
