Meatballs with Baked Mashed Potatoes
I have a practical or delicious recipe for you that will suit your iftar tables :) Moreover, it is very satisfying from puree to meatballs. Materials:
For the meatballs:
- 300 g Specialized Butcher's Mince
- 1 pieces of eggs
- Grated 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Salt
For the puree:
- 5 medium potatoes
- Half a glass of Migros Milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of Migros Butter
- salt
- black pepper
- nutmeg
For the Sauce and Top:
- 1 tea glass of water
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Migros Fresh Cheddar Cheese
How to Make Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes in the Baked Recipe?
- Knead all the ingredients for the meatballs, make walnut-sized balls and let them rest in the refrigerator.
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes and boil them.
- Drain the boiled potatoes, add milk, butter and spices and mash them.
- Divide the puree you have prepared into portioned casseroles.
- Take the butter in the pan, lightly fry the meatballs and place them on top of the puree.
- Take the garlic in the pan and fry it, add the tomato paste and fry it, prepare the sauce by adding water and pour it over the meatballs.
- Add the cheddar cheese last and bake in the oven at 200° until the cheddar cheese melts.
