Hello Dear Friends,

It is one of the recipes that I like to prepare without garlic for breakfast and with garlic for dinner, especially alongside grilled meat dishes. Baked Parmesan Potatoes. When this recipe is made directly in the oven, the processing time is much longer. If I'm going to serve it for breakfast, I boil it in the evening and set it aside. It is ready to serve in 15 minutes in the morning.

Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

  • 300 – 350 g boiled fresh mini potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 5-6 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt

Fabrication:

  1. Wash the peeled potatoes under running water with a brush and put them in the pot.
  2. Add enough water to cover the top by 2 fingers and add 1 amount of salt and boil until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Divide the boiled potatoes into 2-4 parts according to their size and put them in the baking dish.
  4. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh herbs separated from their stems and a small pinch of salt and mix.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and bake the potatoes for 10 minutes. Finally, open the grill of the oven and bake until the parmesan on it is browned.
  7. Serve hot or warm.
