I guess there is no one who does not know about the love of mucver inside me. It's been 10 years since I first published this recipe :) When the questions increased, I decided to update it quickly.

I re-read the comments while preparing the recipe. I wanted to write some tricks here as well. First of all, after grating the zucchini that you will use for mucver, squeeze it with your hand and let it drain excess water.

Ingredients for Baked Mucver Recipe

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 100 gr. feta cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Parsley (as much as you want)
  • Fresh onions (as much as you want)
  • Dill (as much as you want)
  • 1 cup (1,5 cups) flour
  • Mint, salt, pepper

How to Make Baked Mucver Recipe?

  1. Grate the zucchini. Squeeze the water into your mixing bowl.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion, parsley and dill to the zucchini.
  3. Add the egg, sifted flour, olive oil, spices and finely grated feta cheese to the mixing bowl and mix.
  4. Lightly oil a square medium-sized pyrex and pour the mixture on it.
  5. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds or black cumin if you want.
  6. Roast it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it is like a pomegranate. (Average 45 minutes)
  7. Refrigerate overnight if possible. Serve warm or cold if you prefer.

    I tried the recipe today. I used 2 zucchini. The taste was good, but it did not rise as in the picture, it became thin. I wonder how it would be if we used baking powder.

    hello, since there is no fresh onion at home, I tried this recipe with onions. It is cooked in the oven, I am sure it will be good. From time to time, I cook this dish with different ingredients (cheddar cheese, parsley, sometimes adding carrots, etc.). I just add a pack of baking soda every time. So there is no problem of swelling. good luck to everyone
