A very nice and enjoyable recipe is Chicken Legs with Baked Puff Pastry. It's a really eye-catching meal on the evenings when your friends come to dinner. It can be served with french fries and rice on the side.

You can boil chicken thighs with or without skin. If you are going to boil the thighs without skin like me, I recommend you to apply some diluted tomato paste to the thighs with the help of a brush. This way they will look more appetizing.

How to Make Baked Puff Pastry Chicken Legs Recipe?

  1. Boil the thighs in plenty of water until tender and salt them. Leave the puff pastry dough out of the freezer for a short time to thaw and not break while wrapping.
  2. Divide the softened puff pastry into 2 equal parts.
  3. Wrap half the puff pastry around the whole bone. Arrange the puff pastry-wrapped chickens with the seams on the tray and brush them with egg yolk.
  4. Sprinkle black cumin upon request and bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until chickens and puff pastries are browned.

Yes, it looked better visually. Chicken is very repulsive to me when it is wrapped in aluminum foil. Actually, I don't like chicken very much. I'm herbivorous :)
