Baked Chicken with Creamy Tarragon

Today is the 2nd day of our holiday, the sea is quite clean, the weather is nice and the environment is pleasant. It was incredibly enjoyable to go out to the old settlements of Altınoluk and watch the view from the top and sip our coffee in an old country cafe.
I had a lot of redness due to an allergy, the cause of which we do not know exactly, which upset us a little. We went to a medical center located here, but we did not see much benefit. Tomorrow I will go to Edremit and be examined again. I hope we get out quickly so we don't get bored any more.
After the examination, we plan to go to Ayvalık with my wife and stay in Cunda for 1 night.

Ingredients for Oven Creamy Tarragon Chicken Recipe
- 750 g thigh steak
- 100 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon of yoghurt
- 5-6 stalks of tarragon
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1 oven bag
Fabrication:
- Prepare the sauce by mixing cream, yoghurt, salt and pepper with 1 clove of garlic that you grated.
- Dip the chicken thigh steaks in the sauce you prepared. Separate the tarragon leaves from the stems and sprinkle them over the chicken.
- Arrange the sauced chickens in a baking dish large enough to fit inside the baking bag. Put the container in the oven bag, tie the bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Make 1-2 holes on the bag with the help of a knife. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1,5 hours. Serve hot.
