Hello Dear Friends,

A recipe that I have been lovingly preparing and eating since my childhood. Baked Mushrooms with Butter and Cheese. It is such a beautiful and basic recipe that you can produce the version you want and put it on your table with a different flavor every day.

This recipe, which I love to consume as an appetizer, goes especially well with meat dishes and pasta. Sometimes baked stuffed mushroom version I do too. I've tried the light feta cheese versions before, and it tasted much better than I thought. I will make that recipe again soon and share it with you.

It can also be cooked with some olive oil instead of butter, according to your taste. If you want, you can use olive oil by flavoring it with 1 clove of garlic.

Do not throw away the mushroom stalks that you removed. You can make practical egg dishes and omelets with them.

When it comes to washing mushrooms, in fact, washing mushrooms takes away some of their flavor. For this reason, you can get rid of the upper crust by wiping it instead of washing it.

Video Description of the Recipe:

I will be at school from 09:00 to 18:00 this weekend. Happy holidays to you :)

Love…

hello, a practical solution for watered mushrooms: put a wire grid on my pyrex and make the mushrooms on this wire, let the water flow down.binevi mazgal.

I first chop the mushrooms and fry them in butter. Then onions etc. I added it and baked it.. Instead of it coming out soon, I put grated cheddar cheese. It's been great.

Hello, I have tried it before, there is no need for butter because it is oily in cheddar, I think it is too heavy…

I made this dish yesterday, but the mushrooms were very watery, from time to time I turned the mushrooms upside down and poured out their water, but it still seemed like they were dry until their water evaporated :( I wonder what to do to get rid of their water?

The mushrooms that we cooked with butter first are very watery and need to be cooked for a while to absorb the water.

I also make these, but I put some chicken mince in it and grate cheddar on it.

It tastes better when you chop the parsley, especially with the stems, and the fresh rosemary, finely chop and mix with the cheddar.

I've been wanting to try it for a long time. I tried it on the weekend, it was very delicious. It goes very well with meatballs or meat. Just put the butter in small pieces, otherwise it will be too oily...

The clown looks beautiful. I'm making this with garlic. Along with the butter, I add a little bit of finely chopped garlic. It's delicious.
