Ingredients for the Baked Cheddar and Kanlıca Mushroom Recipe

  • 500 g cannabis mushrooms
  • 2 green or village peppers
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 glass of homemade tomato sauce or 1 glass of water + 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • salt
  • black pepper

For the top:

  • 150 g fresh cheddar cheese grated

How to Make a Recipe for Kanlıca Mushrooms with Cheddar Cheese in the Oven?

  1. Chop the onion coarsely.
  2. Remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them the size of the onions.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into 2-4 parts according to their size.
  4. Saute the olive oil and onions by adding a little salt, add the peppers to the pink onions and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes until they change color slightly.
  6. Finally, add tomato sauce, season with black pepper and salt. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
