Baked Shrimp Pasta

I'm in favor of buying the shrimp from the fisherman rather than frozen. Yes, it is a little troublesome, but when it is boiled and sorted at home, it preserves its flavor more and becomes fresh. Salami and sausage are generally used in the well-known baked pastas, which is a different perspective, let's see if you like it :)
Ingredients for Baked Shrimp Pasta Recipe
- 1 pack of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Inner material:
- 200-250 gr. boiled shrimp inside
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
For the above:
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- Salt
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 water glass milk
- salt
- optionally, 1 pack of ready-made béchamel sauce and 3,5 glasses of milk
How to Make Baked Shrimp Pasta Recipe?
- Boil the shrimps well and peel them. Boil 1 pack of pasta in plenty of water so that it does not become too soft.
- Drain the boiled pasta and rinse it with cold water.
- For the bechamel sauce, put the margarine and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes colour.
- While adding the milk little by little, whisk it with a mixer. When the sauce has a thick consistency, remove it from the stove.
- In a large bowl, mix the macaroni, bechamel sauce, shrimp and 2 cups of cheddar cheese and immediately pour into the oven you will use.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake until golden brown.
