Baked Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients for Baked Shrimp Pasta Recipe

  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Inner material:

  • 200-250 gr. boiled shrimp inside
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

For the above:

  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt

For the bechamel sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 water glass milk
  • salt
  • optionally, 1 pack of ready-made béchamel sauce and 3,5 glasses of milk

How to Make Baked Shrimp Pasta Recipe?

  1. Boil the shrimps well and peel them. Boil 1 pack of pasta in plenty of water so that it does not become too soft.
  2. Drain the boiled pasta and rinse it with cold water.
  3. For the bechamel sauce, put the margarine and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes colour.
  4. While adding the milk little by little, whisk it with a mixer. When the sauce has a thick consistency, remove it from the stove.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the macaroni, bechamel sauce, shrimp and 2 cups of cheddar cheese and immediately pour into the oven you will use.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake until golden brown.
