The best part of this recipe, which goes well with meat, fish and chicken dishes, is that it is cooked in the oven. The most important secret is the butter added to the tray while it is still hot after cooking.

Baked Butter Potatoes

I have used garlic that I cut without peeling in some of my recipes before. The garlic you use in this way leaves a wonderful aroma even though it does not mix with the food, of course, fresh thyme is the same :)

  • 4 medium potatoes (not too big)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh thyme
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 spoonful butter

How to Make Baked Sliced ​​Potatoes (Fresh Spicy) Recipe?

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Slice the potatoes you wash as thin as possible.
  2. For the apple slice, first cut it in the middle, then cut each piece in the middle again.
  3. Take the potatoes in the baking dish, pour olive oil on top and mix.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
  5. Add the garlic, which you cut in half without peeling, to the bowl.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Take the fried potatoes out of the oven, add the butter to the hot potatoes and mix.
  8. Serve the potatoes, lightly greasing the butter. Serve hot.
