Ingredients for Oven Baked Stuffed Peppers with Cottage Cheese Recipe

  • 200 g of curd
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 2 stalks of scallion
  • 1 hard tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • dried mint
  • Olive oil
  • 15-16 mini bell peppers

How to Make Stuffed Peppers with Cottage Cheese in the Oven?


1. Finely chop all the greens and chop the tomatoes and onions.
2. Fry the onion in olive oil, when it becomes transparent, add the curd, stir 2 times and remove from the stove.
3. Add dried mint and black pepper and mix.
4. Prepare the stuffing by adding all the chopped ingredients.
5. Remove the insides of the bell pepper and add the mixture, filling tightly. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
6. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown.
7. Serve warm or cold.
