Baked Sea Bream

Ingredients for Baked Sea Bream Recipe

2 sea bream
2 medium potatoes
1 large onion
5-6 cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes
olive oil
salt
black pepper
1 oven bag

Preparation:

Clean your fish and make a deep scratch on them. After washing and drying the cleaned fish, apply olive oil inside and outside and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix them all together, drizzle some oil on them and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread half of the vegetables in the baking bag. Place 2 fish on them. Arrange the remaining vegetables on the fish. Close the mouth of the bag and insert the tip of the knife in several places. Take it on a baking tray and bake in a preheated 200C oven.
