Good morning on a sunny and pleasant Sunday morning! Just a little while before the holiday, I am sure that everyone is in a hurry to clean the holiday like me. Even though I have not started yet, maybe I will never start due to my work, my heart for this cleaning job is to you! One way or another, this Sunday will be a bit tiring for all of us 

Again, I have a delicious recipe for you that you can easily prepare with the ingredients at home. The combination of zucchini + cheese + béchamel sauce, which I like very much, will be appreciated by your guests.

There is no preparation that will take time other than boiling and cooling the lids for 8-10 minutes beforehand. The important thing here is not to leave the zucchini too fresh, but not to boil them so much that they break.

Take it easy everyone, love….

Ingredients for Baked Zucchini with Béchamel Sauce

50 g feta cheese
3 medium zucchini
1 pieces of eggs
1 cloves of garlic

For the bechamel sauce:

2 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons of flour
1 water glass milk

For the above:

1 teaspoon grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

How to Make Baked Zucchini with Béchamel Sauce Recipe?

1- Wash the zucchini and cut it lengthwise into two parts. Scrape the insides of the zucchini you cut with the help of a spoon.
2- Boil the zucchini in plenty of water for 10 minutes. Set the boiled zucchini aside to drain.
3- For the bechamel sauce, put the margarine and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes color slightly. Add the milk little by little while whisking it quickly. When the sauce has a thick consistency, take it off the heat.
4- Mix the feta cheese with minced garlic and egg. Divide the stuffing you prepared into the zucchini.
5- Pour the bechamel sauce over the zucchini and place the zucchini on the baking tray.
6- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on it and bake until golden brown.
7- Serve the stuffed zucchini either whole or sliced.
