Ingredients for Oven Creamy Potato Gratin Recipe

  • 5-6 medium potatoes
  • 2 box of milk cream (400 ml)
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • nutmeg 
  • Black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese

How to Make Oven Creamy Potato Gratin Recipe?

  1. Chop the potatoes and into thin rings. Take the chopped potatoes in a bowl filled with water and wash and remove the starch.
  2. In the mixing bowl, add cream, milk, salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic and a little nutmeg if desired and mix.
  3. Place the washed and drained potatoes in the baking dish.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the mixture in the pot over it. Follow the same procedure for each error.
  5. Bake at 190 degrees until the potatoes become soft.
  6. Arrange slices of cheddar cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
