Although we have been preparing all kinds of desserts and ice cream in the pastry section of the school for the last 2 weeks, something was missing in me. After thinking about it, I realized that this is one of the favorite snacks of our house, the brownie.

They say they don't have time to breathe… Even though I was in the same situation, I stuck this delicious cake in between. I'm glad I did, it did my tired body a little bit better.

Dessert Menu

I am not one of those who like very dense and wet brownies, the reason is that as soon as I take a fork from the cake I prepared with so much effort, I get choked up. But if you like intense chocolate, you can increase the amount of chocolate in the cake by 80-90 grams.

Before the upcoming holiday, all I want is a little rest, but it does not seem possible due to the work that is coming. When you go on holiday, I will be working to get my work done. I'll probably go into the kitchen to rest and write to you.

If we can't meet until the holiday, happy holidays to everyone in advance...

Ingredients for the Hazelnut Brownie Recipe

  • 200g butter
  • 2 pack of dark chocolate
  • 1 water glass flour
  • 4 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1,5 cups granulated sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts

How to Make Hazelnut Brownie Recipe?

  1. If available, melt the dark chocolate that you cut into small pieces in the microwave, if not, in the bain-marie.
  2. When the chocolate melts, add the butter at room temperature and mix it well and let it cool.
  3. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to it and whisk. Be careful not to let the egg rise while beating.
  4. When the eggs and sugar are well mixed, add the flour and cocoa by sifting them. Mix with the help of spatula.
  5. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the dough and continue mixing with the help of a spatula. Finally, add 1 glass of hazelnuts and mix again.
  6. Once the dough is mixed with the chocolate, grease a small square baking dish or pan with some butter or oil.
  7. Pour the dough mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  8. Slice your brownie out of the oven when it comes to room temperature, serve with optional chocolate sauce (or chocolate spread for breakfast) and some hazelnuts.

Hello, I think there are errors in the recipe. First of all, 200 gr butter and 1.5 cups of flour are disproportionate. If you follow this recipe, you will get cookies, not cake. In the end, it breaks apart while cutting. The recipe is not correct.

While cutting my brownie, the top fell apart and the bottom part became too soft and scattered, I wonder where I might have missed

Hello Hatice, the problem may have been caused by the baking dish or the oven. If it's distributing the heat unevenly, it could be what you said. Also, I suggest you put the cake mold you use on the grill, not on the baking tray. Yours sincerely

First of all, I tried your recipe twice, but I thought I wrote it incomplete by putting baking powder, but I looked again for confirmation, there is no baking powder, it was a fiasco in my two attempts :(((( I wonder if it was from baking powder? I want to make it for my guests, but I'm afraid it will go wrong again

hello, I didn't try the recipe yesterday evening, is there a mistake in the amount of sugar with great enthusiasm? 1.5 glasses of sugar was too much, we couldn't eat it.

    Nilaycim,
My chubby bunny son doesn't eat nuts. Do I need to increase the flour, if it is nut-free? Please adjust the brownie. The clash of kings broke out, by the way, very fluid. love.

Hello Ms. Dilek :) You can also use the same amount of walnuts or almonds. If you say no, there is no need to add anything to the recipe, just use the same amount, so it will stay even more wet. Love…

I made a note of the tariff so that there would be no misunderstanding. You can use it to decorate as much as you want in 1 glass of water.

    Hello,
In your recipe, 1 water br. You said 4 tablespoons of flour under flour. I think it would be COCOA with 4 tablespoons. No confusion, we would be glad if you fix it :)
Your recipe looks very good. I'll try it right away tomorrow. Health to your hands. Happy holidays to you too.

Does the chocolate poured into the dough flow through as seen in the picture, or does it need to be added later? While making the brownie, we separate 1 glass of the sauce and pour it as soon as the cake is cooked. I would appreciate if you could write more details.

Hello Ms. Gülben, don't add chocolate later. You can also prepare a chocolate sauce while making brownies. As far as I know and practice, when the sauce is separated and poured on it, it becomes a wet cake. I also add what I used for decoration in the recipe. Love…
