Hello Dear Friends,

From the breakfast we went to for breakfast on the weekend and the appetizer & salad called fette, which we tasted there. in the recipe for fettuş I told you. Fette recipe is one of the delicious recipes covering Turkish and Lebanese Cuisine.

When I searched on the internet and looked at what is Levant Cuisine, I found the following definition in Wikipedia.
“Levantine cuisineis the traditional cuisine of the Levant or “Greater Syria” region. Traditions dating back to the Ottoman Empire period are shared in this region; These traditions are still in effect today. It covers Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Northern Iraq, Southeastern parts of Turkey and Palestine.”

tahini salad with yogurt

It is really nice to be able to reach recipes spread over such a wide geography. The most known recipes of this cuisine are hummus, abugannuş, sheet, falafel ve fettoush (fattoush) such as recipes.

There are also versions of the Fette recipe with minced meat, chicken or eggplant, but my favorite is chickpea, tahini and yogurt. Here we use lavash again and fry lavash.
