Pickled beans are my mom's and I's favorite pickles. Whenever I make or buy pickles, my first choice is beans, my second choice is plum pickles :)

Ingredients for Pickled Beans Recipe

  • a 3 kg jar,
  • 2 kg of green beans,
  • 4 green peppers,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 cup of rock salt,
  • 4 glasses of water,
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar,

How to Make Pickled Beans Recipe?

  1. Wash and sort the beans. Adding a little water, boil it very lightly without softening it too much, strain the water and cool it.
  2. Place some of the beans in the jar first. Put 1 pepper and 1 clove of garlic.
  3. Insert the beans again. Finish the materials by arranging them in this way. Dissolve 4 glass of rock salt in 1 glasses of boiled and cooled water.
  4. Mix in 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Pour this mixture you prepared over the marinade.
  5. Put a weight on it and prevent the beans from coming out of the vinegar.
  6. Close the jar tightly and leave for 15-20 days.
