Roasted Bean Pickles

This recipe from the Black Sea has an incredible taste. Many people make different versions of roasted pickles at home. Some are prepared with butter, some with oil, and some without tomato paste. My preference is to make it with olive oil to preserve its natural flavor.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of my recipe is that it is prepared with pepper salt with a taste of the Black Sea. Pepper salt is a troublesome sweetener that it would be unfair to call it a sweetener. It has a great taste when taken with walnuts and hazelnuts, if a little hot pepper is added, it is not worth it.

Finally, while frying the pickles, if your pickles are soft, there is no need to add water, but if they are fresh and salty, you can add a small amount of water (half a tea glass) to make them softer.

If you want to make your own bean pickles come here. Love…

    Hi Nihal,
good luck to you, you have included the tastes of our region.
Roasting pickled beans is indispensable for afternoon teas and breakfasts in the Black Sea. I also have it in a 5 kg can (oil pan). It is delicious, but it is a little troublesome. Pepper salt is made from dried red peppers and a mixture of hazelnuts and walnuts in a meat machine. It is flavored by adding garlic, kinzi, salt, and basil is added. It would be amazing.
