Today I would like to give you a very good piyaz recipe from Samsun. This recipe was sent by my dear friend Seda's sister, Kader, who is a master cook.

Ingredients for Bean Pie Recipe

3 cup boiled beans
1 onion
1 pieces of tomato
1 pieces of green pepper
Half a bunch of parsley
half a lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
salt
sumac
vinegar on demand
2-3 leaves of lettuce

How to Make Bean Pie Recipe?

We chop the onion, tomato and pepper. Finely chop the lettuce. Then we mix all the ingredients together with beans, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil.
We take our pizza on a serving plate and serve it by decorating it with roses made from lemon and tomato peels.

Note: It will be more delicious if you add 1 cube of sugar while boiling the beans.
