our last bread Homemade Loaf Bread Maybe it is my recipe that will excite you the most and challenge you the most. I say it will force because it needs to be kneaded for a long time. The better this bread is kneaded, the fluffier and lighter it becomes.

How does bread rise well?

First of all, you need to knead the bread very well. A well-kneaded bread has a stretchy and strong structure. This allows it to rise well. Generally, the dough mixed in the kneading bowl wraps around the hook and may not mix completely while turning. From time to time, scrape the dough surrounding the hook of the mixer and mix it first at low speed and then at high speed.

Should I steam the bread?

Yes. Bread rises well when steamed. Most household ovens do not have a steam feature. If you are using an oven with a steam feature, make sure to turn it on. In ovens without steam feature, put the water in the oven in a heat-resistant container and make sure that the water is boiling when putting the bread in the oven. For this to happen, you will get better results if you boil the water outside and put it in.

What should I pay attention to in fermentation?

Pay attention to the time you wait for the dough to ferment. Room temperature is important in the given times for fermentation. The dough, which is fermented in an environment for 30 minutes, is fermented in a hot environment for 15 minutes. Therefore, watch the dough while paying attention to the time. The dough is ready when it has fermented twice as much. Dough that waits too long begins to rot.
