Preparing vegetable juice incredibly easy. I don't go and buy extra celery stalks to make vegetable juice. When I go to the market, I buy celery with stems and leaves so that later I can use the stems to make vegetable juice. I also use the outer skins left over from the leeks when I buy leeks. Thus, I evaluate all the materials I buy to the end.
Remember, if you are using leeks, you do not need to add onions as in other recipes. You can store the prepared vegetable juices in the refrigerator for 1 week.

- 2 stalk of leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 stalks of fresh thyme
- 7-8 balls of black pepper
- 3 liters of water

- Chop the washed leek, carrot, and celery stalk in equal sizes.
- Put bay leaves, thyme, lightly crushed garlic and black pepper in a cheesecloth or bone and tie it up.
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add water and let it boil over medium heat.
- When the water reaches boiling point, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the vegetable broth and put it in the refrigerator when it comes to room temperature.
- It is now ready to use in your meals.
