How to Make Hamburger at Home?

There is no seasoning other than salt and pepper in this meatball, because we want to enjoy the flavor of the meat and oil mixture you have prepared.

Now let's come to the tricks of preparing hamburger patties, the first of which is to shop from your butcher. When they buy the meat, they will say to you (sister/brother) what are you going to do, and I will prepare it for you. In this case, you can say that I want you to prepare the meats on my list and take it as thick shot (we can say the number 4), drawn once.
We grind the meat fresh and thick while preparing the hamburger patties, as it makes it difficult for the minced meat to retain the water in it. The oil you will add is very important here, we used lard while preparing it, but if you say that it is heavy for me, you can also have tallow fat with minced meat. If you say no, I will try it with tail fat, then chop the oil with a knife as in our video and add it to the ground beef. This will allow the flavor of the oil to pass into the meat better.
Preparing your hamburger meat in equal size and thinness is very important while cooking, if it is too thick, it will burn on the outside and remain raw. If it is too thin, it will lose its water. For this reason, you can use a medium bowl or jar lid as in the video. This will make it easier to portion and store in the freezer.
You can use any type of grill or cast iron pan you want while cooking the meat. Meat cooked in casting will also have the same grilled flavor.
You can store your portioned meatballs in the freezer for up to 3 months after you have them stretched in an airtight way.
Don't forget, we put the lettuce on the bottom while preparing the hamburger, the reason for this is to prevent the water of the meatballs from getting wet on the bread and to keep it juicy.

How to Make Hamburger at Home? Ingredients for the Recipe
For 1 kg of meat:
- 500 gr. ground beef
- 250 gr. Ground beef ribs
- 250 gr. ground beef
- 50 gr. Tail oil.
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the Hamburger Bread:

- Chop the tallow with a sharp knife.
- Add it to the minced meat from veal breast, entrecote and arm meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Knead the ground beef using the tips of your hands.
- Portion the size of a medium jar lid.
- Cook in a cast iron pan that you have lightly oiled and heated beforehand, for 1 minute on each side, for a total of 4 minutes.
