That's it! These are the images that make you say :) The expected big day has come. We were not at home all day today, but my mind was always on the yeast. What happened? Did it swell? What if it didn't rise? I think it's easier to take care of them instead of making yeast. in my first post As I said, what a person does himself becomes more valuable.

organic flour

As you can see in the photo, the yeast has doubled in size. Almost 2ml. 300 ml from the line. it's on the line. This is exactly the image I was expecting to see. When I look at it, bubbles and foams throw a party :) Its scent is clean. The yeast that I couldn't catch when I tried it 600 years ago, this time reached its goal. Success to Cenk from the recipe Thank you for that.

We didn't throw away the 80% that we were going to throw away to feed tonight, we set it aside. From this part, we will try the first bread, it will be both a test bread to see the status of the yeast. I feed the remaining 20% of it in yesterday's measurements and set it aside. It was actually yeast. Tomorrow we will ensure this and we will start making bread.

Mrs. nilay, I like your recipes and I try them, I make minus yeast. From the 3rd day, it swells a little and then goes out again. When I try the water, it stays at the bottom. The yeast is at the bottom today. What should I do on the 8th day, am I on the right track?

Hello Eylul, first of all thanks :) Blinking is normal. If the smell is not too sharp and bitter, you are on the right track. It should have a clean sour smell. love.
