Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Doner Recipe
- 1 kilo boneless thighs
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- Half tea glass of oil
- juice of 1 onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 1,5 sweet spice salt
How to Make Homemade Chicken Doner Recipe?
- Put the yoghurt, onion juice, tomato paste, oil and all the spices in a deep bowl and whisk.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the sauce, wrap them in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Place the chicken pieces on the counter and roll up the cling film. Roll it up nicely and put it in the freezer.
- When you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer and slice it as much as you want.
- Lightly oil the pan and fry the döner slices well.
