Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Bouillon Recipe

  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 stalk of leek
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 celery stalks with leaves
  • 1 medium size celery
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
  • 2 sweet spice salt
  • Half a teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Quarter teaspoon black pepper
  • half a teaspoon of cumin
  • 5 pieces of bone-in chicken cutlets
  • Half tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Homemade Chicken Bouillon Recipe?

  1. Wash all vegetables, peel and chop finely.
  2. Put the chopped ingredients into the pressure cooker. After adding the chicken, add olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add salt, fresh and dry spices to the pot. Add enough water not to cover the ingredients you roast. Pressure cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove rosemary, bay leaves and chicken bones from the cooked mixture.
  5. Blend all the ingredients and spread them into containers to keep them warm in your freezer. Fill it for 1 night.
  6. Remove the frozen mixture from the container, portion it into cubes and put it in the freezer to use whenever you want.
