On a sunny Sunday, we finally got our liqueurs to look into. With the wise sisters, we made each liquor in the form of 5+3 ie 8 liters. Since the liquor we made 3 liters last week was a bit bitter compared to the 5 liters one, the two liqueurs were mixed together and separated again. We tasted our liquor yesterday, it was ripe much earlier than we expected.

Same with pomegranate liqueur. in orange liqueur The technique we applied gave great results. At first I thought the peels would be bitter since we put the pomegranates whole, but it added a sweet tartness and made us have an even more drinkable liqueur.

Orange and tangerine liqueurs today I will take pictures. I guess all that's left is grapes and tangerines.

orange liqueur You can find the making process photos from the recipe. Love…

It may be better to write alcohol such as vodka or rum instead of pure alcohol, someone who does not know can use methyl alcohol by mistake. Finding drinkable ethyl alcohol is not an easy thing.

Hello. Here and on other sites, pomegranate is mentioned in kilograms, but is it kilograms of seeds or kilograms of tare? I'd be glad if anyone could shed some light on this.

I made the liqueur. I live in Gökçeada, so I couldn't find alcohol and used vodka instead. I put in a little less sugar because my pomegranates were too sweet. I am very happy with the result. It tasted rather like sweet juice. I advise. Thanks..

Our pomegranates were spoiled, so something different happened. We applied the recipe as it was, but the result was disappointment, even though we were so enthusiastic.

There are two types of alcohol, one is ethyl and the other is methyl. You must take ethyl alcohol.

            Hello
The photos are very nice, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for your description of the recipe. You obviously wrote it in a way you can understand, but as an outside reader, I found it quite complex and inadequate. love

Hello Ms. Irmak, I haven't added the photos of the production stages here again because they are the same as the orange liqueur. There are links in the article. You can access it by clicking. I hope it will be clearer for you then. love.

When I make liquor, I don't put alcohol in it. I'm putting it a little mature. then it gives a better taste. I usually make cherries.

Hello, I just saw it. I wonder if the jar should be larger than 2 kilos of pomegranate. Because the recipe is given as 3 liters, we put 1 liter of water in it, I guess we get the rest of the liquid from the pomegranate. can you explain. SO THE JAR WILL HAVE EMPTY SPACE?

Mrs. nilay, I usually make your recipes, I will also make pomegranate liqueur, but there is a point that I do not understand, I will throw the pomegranate seeds into the liqueur after they are liqueur because there are pomegranate seeds in the last picture in the recipe, but at the beginning of the recipe, we divided the pomegranates into four and we did the other processes in order, I would appreciate if you inform me about this, goodbye, and love.

Hello, dear lady, completely follow the recipe. Since you shake the liqueur once every 2 days, the pomegranate seeds are already spreading into the liqueur. You do not need to take any other action. love.
