Homemade Coffee Pudding
Hello Dear Friends,
I love homemade puddings separately. I have prepared many different types. Strawberry Pudding, vanilla pudding ve banana pudding one of my favourites. Now it's time for the coffee pudding, which has a higher aroma than the ready-made ones :) Its taste has been on my palate since the day I cooked it. The most important ingredient is filter coffee, in my previous attempts I could not achieve the exact taste I wanted in instant coffee and Turkish coffee.
The continuation of this recipe is a wonderful and practical recipe to come :) We will use coffee pudding in it.
I brewed filter coffee in the french press, which I also use for herbal teas at home, and prepared my pudding. These coffee presses have long been sold on the cheap in grocery stores and discount markets. Those who say they don't normally use it can buy 1 cup of coffee from a coffee shop while passing by.

Ingredients for Homemade Coffee Pudding Recipe
To brew the coffee:
- 3 teaspoons of filter coffee
- 1 cup of hot water (for brewing coffee)
For the pudding:
- 1 egg yolks
- 4/3 cup of filter coffee
- 4 water glass milk
- 4 tablespoons of wheat starch
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How to Make Homemade Coffee Pudding Recipe?
- Infuse filter coffee in a french press for 10 minutes and strain.
- Place the filtered coffee, granulated sugar, egg yolk, 1 glass of milk and starch in a medium saucepan.
- Whisk so that all the ingredients are mixed without lumps.
- Add the remaining 3 glasses of milk and cook on medium heat, stirring until the pudding consistency.
- Divide the thickened pudding into the cups and when it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator.
- Serve the cooled pudding garnished as desired.
