Homemade Hamburger

We cook a lot of meat dishes with the hecha cast iron grill we use on the stove. Our last obsession is the hamburger. I've been wanting to make hamburger buns at home for a while, but I haven't had the opportunity to prepare them because of the hernia.

When my pain eased to a great extent, I said today is the day and started preparations. Although there are a little more mini burgers than I thought, 2 of them fill a person with french fries.

The hamburger patty tasted just the way I wanted it. You will like it when you try it.

I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable and healthy to feed your family the food you have prepared, from the bread to the meatballs.

The must-have side dishes of my hamburger are tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. If you like it, I recommend adding onion and cheddar cheese.

I wonder if it makes any difference if we take the dough for this hamburger bun from the oven as bread dough?

The hamburger patties are pulled from the ribeye portion of the beef/beef once.
Only salt and pepper are put in it.
The ideal weight of meatballs is 150-200 gr/meatball (portion).
After cooking, it is served with ketchup, mustard, caramelized onions, curly leaves and sesame hamburger buns.
Try it and enjoy the taste of the meat.

Don't you add eggs and stale bread to the meatballs?

Ms. Semiha, don't add bread and eggs to the meatballs, it spoils the taste. If you knead well and let the meat rest, the ground beef will not fall apart anyway.

they look very good. I want to ask something. I can't quite get the cumin and black pepper setting in the meatballs. How much cumin and black pepper do we need to add to 300 g ground beef?

I did not see the bread recipe at first, I wished that the bread was completely homemade even though there was a recipe, but of course nilay did not neglect the bread recipe :) It was not a job for people on a diet at this time of the night.. good luck, it's very appetizing :)
