We cook a lot of meat dishes with the hecha cast iron grill we use on the stove. Our last obsession is the hamburger. I've been wanting to make hamburger buns at home for a while, but I haven't had the opportunity to prepare them because of the hernia.

When my pain eased to a great extent, I said today is the day and started preparations. Although there are a little more mini burgers than I thought, 2 of them fill a person with french fries.

  • 8 hamburger patties
  • 8 pieces of hamburger bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • pickled cucumber

Hamburger Bread Ingredients:

  • 3,5 water glass flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tea spoon salt

To ride on it:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame

How to Make Homemade Hamburger Recipe?

  1. Put the dough ingredients in a hollow bowl, put on the kneading apparatus of your mixer and mix first at low speed and then at high speed until your dough separates from the bowl.
  2. Your dough will be soft, but it will separate from the bowl, if there are any sticky dough, you can scrape it with a spatula and collect it.
  3. Shape your dough into a ball and cover the bowl you kneaded with with cling film and turn your oven to 50 degrees and ferment the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Take the fermented dough on the floured counter, divide it into 8 equal parts by rolling and roll it in your hand and place it on the greased baking tray.
  5. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees until golden brown (25-30 minutes). Take it out of the oven and let it cool.

Hamburger Patties:

Ingredients for Homemade Hamburger Recipe

300 g ground beef
1 medium onion
1 cloves of garlic
2 pinch of parsley
Cumin
Black pepper
Salt

How to Make Homemade Hamburger Recipe?

1- Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl, add the parsley and spices. Grate the onion and garlic, add them to the minced meat and knead.
2- After resting in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, divide it into 8 equal parts and prepare the hamburger patties.
3- Cook it in a pan without oil.

Put the cooked meatballs between the hamburger buns, add other ingredients and serve.
