We all continue to make different breads at home. Today, I will give you a bread recipe that will become indispensable for hamburger, one of the meals you miss the most.

Its consistency, texture and lightness are so good that you may be surprised if you make it at home :) As long as you follow the tricks I have given, the result will be great. All your ingredients should be at room temperature and your water should be warm. First of all, since our dough is leavened, we first dissolve the yeast in water with sugar and foam it. Whatever type of yeast you will use, do not forget to start the recipe this way. I knead very well afterwards. As I shared in my story, when you pull the dough, it should reach a consistency that can be extended without breaking.

Oily doughs start to leaven late, so leave the dough at room temperature for almost 1,5 hours. If your house is very hot, go with control, make sure it is double. After cooking, take a wire and cool it in that way so that the gold does not get wet while it is cooling.

Ingredients for Homemade Hamburger Bread Recipe

  • 1,5 cups of warm water (300 ml)
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 pack of instant yeast (10 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 4,5 cups of flour (560 g)
  • 1,5 sweet spice salt
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (85 g)

For the above:

  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoons of water
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sesame

How to Make Homemade Hamburger Bread Recipe?

  1. Pour warm water into a deep mixing bowl, take the sugar and instant yeast and mix.
  2. Add the egg, flour, salt and continue mixing. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and when the dough comes together completely and there is no roughness, knead it at low speed and high speed first. 
  3. After kneading the dough for another 4-5 minutes, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1,5 hours.
  4. Take the rested dough on the floured counter, collect it and divide it into portions.
  5. Place the portioned breads on the floured tray and leave it to ferment for another 45 minutes by covering it.
  6. Brush egg yolk on the fermented bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
