    Baking the veal bones first and then boiling them in slow heat for 3-4 hours gives very good results. As Seçil Hanım said, it is better to add potatoes instead of rice, I do not recommend garlic at all. Bay leaf is a very good choice. Thanks.

    pesss! I just made it today :) Our hearts are together, what's wrong :)) Only garlic makes it a little heavy for my taste, so I didn't put it in. Unfortunately, I didn't have any celery either. This time, I said I had homemade bouillons and threw them in the freezer :) shape; potato (instead of rice), carrot, onion, bay leaf.
