Ingredients for Homemade Broth & Bone Broth Recipe
- 1 kilo of beef bones
- 1 medium large onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 stalk of leek
- 3 stalks of celery (with leaves)
- 1 teaspoon of rice
- 2 sweet spice salt
- 1 cloves
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 2,5 liters of water
How to Make Homemade Broth & Bone Broth Recipe?
- Put the bones in a deep pot. Add water and start boiling over medium heat.
- Peel the onion, carrot, leek, onion and garlic and chop coarsely.
- After removing the foam from the boiling bones, add all the remaining ingredients and boil it for 1,5 hours on low heat.
- Strain the broth and after cooling, divide into small cardboard cups and freeze.

Baking the veal bones first and then boiling them in slow heat for 3-4 hours gives very good results. As Seçil Hanım said, it is better to add potatoes instead of rice, I do not recommend garlic at all. Bay leaf is a very good choice. Thanks.
pesss! I just made it today :) Our hearts are together, what's wrong :)) Only garlic makes it a little heavy for my taste, so I didn't put it in. Unfortunately, I didn't have any celery either.
