Homemade Chocolate Sauce
Hello Dear Friends,
This week, I want to include basic recipes as much as I can on my blog, as you know, I try to explain basic recipes as clearly and completely as possible, even with bonuses.
First recipe of the week homemade chocolate sauce, we have prepared a video for this recipe, it will be live on my youtube channel as soon as possible.
I usually prepare this sauce in a thick consistency close to pudding. Thus, when used in cakes, profiteroles or eclairs, it does not flow over the desserts. When I want a more fluid consistency, I increase the milk measure by half a glass. For example, if you are going to make a crying cake, you can increase your milk measure by half a glass. It would be better if you make preparations after you have decided where you will use your sauce.
It is good to use couverture chocolate to make your sauce shiny. We also add some butter for extra shine. Remember, chocolate and butter are always binders, intensifying the sauces they're in. Therefore, do not thicken the sauce by boiling it too much.
