Ingredients for Homemade Baklava Recipe

For the dough:

  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 200 grams (on butter)
  • flour
  • 1 packet of starch to open

For Inside:

  • walnuts or peanuts

For the syrup:

  • 4 glasses of sugar, 2 glasses of water, 1,2 drops of lemon.

How to Make Homemade Baklava Recipe?

  1. Knead the dough with everything, it will be hard from the earlobe. Rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make 45 meringues the size of walnuts. Roll out 15 of them the size of a tea plate, spread plenty of starch between each of them, then put 15 of them on top of each other and open them. Thin them thoroughly.
  3. Separate the phyllo on a greased tray and sprinkle walnuts between the sheep.
  4. In the same way, open the other 15 meringues and put them on the tray as the 2nd layer. Put walnuts between them and open the other 3 dough for the 15rd layer.
  5. Cut into slices of baklava before putting it in the oven.
  6. After melting the butter and pouring it on it, bake it for 175-200k in an oven at 40-45 degrees until the top is browned.
  7. Boil the syrup, it will be a little dark, let it cool, pour the cold syrup on the baklava as soon as it comes out of the oven, and serve after it is done. ENJOY YOUR MEAL.

NOTE: After cooking this baklava, you can store it without sherbet for 3-5 days, and then you can use sherbet.

    A nice and simple recipe, I'm sure it will be very tasty once you can make it.
    I have a question, you said you can wait 3-5 days, in this case, I think the baklava will be cold and the syrup will be hot. THANKS……
