Meaty Fresh Beans

My mother loves beans with meat, my wife loves chicken, and I don't like meat :) For this reason, I put as little meat as possible in meat and vegetable dishes (well, whoever cooks the dish decides it). I love vegetables, especially beans with olive oil. It will be like candy and it will disperse in your mouth. When you say sugar, I have a very nice sugar recipe, I will write it to you. See you…

cubed meat

Materials:

150-200 gr. cubed meat
2 medium onion
1 kg. beans
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 medium tomatoes
2 cups hot water (can be increased)
Salt
Black pepper

Fabrication:

Wash the beans, remove the bones and chop them to the size you want. Put oil in a medium or large saucepan, heat it and fry the meat.
When the meat releases its juices, add the chopped onions and garlic and continue frying. When the onions turn pink, add the beans and fry until they turn yellow. Add the diced tomatoes and water last, and cook until the beans are tender.

Note: Make sure that the water is slightly above your beans and do not cook the beans too much.

    Greetings

I just can't manage to make green beans. I made this recipe yesterday, your olive oil recipe last week. In both, the beans are tender but still taste raw.

You say fry the beans until they turn yellow, I wonder if I can't do that. How much do you roast? Is it yellow?

And I cut the beans in the middle and cook them, I don't cut them longitudinally thinly, so it's not thin, could this be the reason?

It's good for you, but the meat is not immediately fried in oil. First it releases its own juice, then oil and onions are added.
