After school, work, home, I realized that I couldn't post anything other than Ramadan menus on my blog. There are new recipes, photos that I like, but I did not have the opportunity to sit down and write.

School continues at full throttle, I cook 8 meals in the morning and 3 meals in the evening. Also, I have my first practice exam tomorrow!!!

When I started to work as a food stylist and food photography professionally with the school, I started to steal the time that I would spare for you. Anyway, 6 months later when I graduate from Chef School as a real Chef, I will make up for them :)

Dried Okra is a very delicious recipe, and it suits the iftar table very well :) After boiling the okra, you have to strain it and cook it. Do not worry about the feathers of the okra, because when you boil it with vinegar, they all disappear.

I will try to add recipes every other day, except for Ramadan menus. Big Love…

First of all, I had never thought of cooking the broad beans that I bought for health and decoration purposes, but the recipe was very attractive :) The seller described the same recipe when I was buying okra, the only difference was that I recommended to put chickpeas in it. Say what.

hello, it's hard to pull the okra out of the thread when it's dry, I boil it first, then I pull the thread out, it gets pretty easy, good luck...
