- hot water to boil cabbage
- dry mint
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- salt
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 4-5 tablespoons of oil
How to Make Meat Kale Wrap Recipe?
- Fill the pot halfway with water, add some salt and bring it to a boil.
- Throw the cabbages into boiling water, boil them for 5-6 seconds, take them with a colander and throw them into the strainer.
- For the dressing, wash the rice in the glass. Chop the onion for food, add the remaining stuffing and mix.
- remove the veins and stems of the cabbages by cutting them with a knife.
- Put the stuffing on each leaf slice and wrap it.
- Spread the torn cabbage leaves in the pot. Place the wraps in the pot and cover the plate. Add 4-5 tablespoons of oil and one size of water with stuffing.
- Cook the wraps first on high heat and then on low heat for 30 minutes.
