Meaty peppers and stuffed zucchini recipes are among my favorite recipes. I like stuffed zucchini with both olive oil and meat. One of the rare vegetables that they both look good on is zucchini.

Ingredients for Stuffed Zucchini Recipe
- 4-5 zucchini zucchini
- 200 g medium fat ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Turkish coffee cups rice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- half tea cup oil
- salt
- black pepper
- dry mint
- For the sauce: tomato paste, salt, water
How to Make Stuffed Zucchini with Meat Recipe?
- Cut off the stems of the zucchini and cut into 2 parts, hollow out.
- Finely chop the onion and put it in a deep bowl. Add ground beef, tomato paste, dill, salt, pepper, rice and oil to the rice and mix.
- Fill the carved zucchini with minced meat and place them side by side in the pot.
- For the sauce, mix water, tomato paste, salt and some oil and pour over the zucchini.
- Cook with the lid closed on medium heat until the rice swells. Serve hot.
