  • 4 artichokes
  • 300 g medium fat ground beef
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 6 tablespoon of rice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2,5 water glass of water

How to Make Stuffed Artichokes with Meat Recipe?

  1. Trim the stems of the artichokes to flatten them so that they lie flat in the pan. Cut off the leaves at the top and remove all the hairs in the middle. Wash it and put it in water with lemon so that it does not turn black.
  2. For the filling, grate the onion, add dill, rice, spices and half of the olive oil and knead the minced meat.
